Dean Stephanie Fabritius joined the administrative staff in 2006. She oversees the academic programs of the College; manages academic and administrative budgets; directs faculty searches; and supervises the offices of the registrar, library, advising and retention, off-campus study, diversity, instructional technology, and convocations.

Dean Samhat joined the faculty in 1996 as Assistant Professor of Government and International Studies and was promoted to Associate Dean in 2007. Nayef is responsible for working with students on such matters as review of internship proposals, approval of independent and research studies, coordination of retention efforts, and approval of exceptions to academic policies and matters concerning academic dishonesty.

Dean Gulley accepted her appointment as Assistant Dean for Advising in September 2004. She previously served as Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs at Midway College, was the Director of Academic Services, and was a full-time faculty member at Midway College. She has also taught at Clemson University and the University of Louisville, and conducted research at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Gulley is responsible for academic advising, retention, ADA Compliance, convocations, and advising of international students.

J. H. joined the Centre staff in 2001 after serving in Fayette County as Director of Elementary Schools and as teacher and principal in the Danville Independent School System. His current responsibilities include teaching in the Education program and working with the student life and admission offices to recruit and retain minority students, staff, and faculty. He coordinates the Whitney M. Young Scholars on-campus program and serves as advisor for the Diversity Student Union.

Marsha accepted her appointment in the dean's office in 2001. She provides secretarial and administrative support to the dean. Her responsibilities include monitoring the dean's budget accounts, maintaining faculty files, processing reimbursements for endowed professorships, and scheduling appointments for the dean.

Sallie is the newest member of the office, having joined the staff in July 2008. She serves as assistant to the Associate Dean, Dean of Advising, and the Assistant Vice President. Her responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements and setting up interviews for prospective faculty, assisting with CentreTerm field trip arrangements, assisting with Opening Convocation, the Honors Convocation, the Founders Day Program, and the annual Martin Luther King events.
