14. Student teachers can now download the TC-1 application form to apply for initial certification (Statement of Eligibility) at http://www.kyepsb.net/documents/Cert/TC-1_Application.pdf
    Student teachers should complete the form and send it to Tim Culhan, Centre College's Certification Officer, AFTER completing and passing all required PRAXIS tests and requesting those scores be mailed to Centre College.
