Jerry is responsible for all aspects of facilities management at Centre College. His job is to insure the Facilities Management Department offers top quality services to the College. He works with all three Assistant Directors to orchestrate staff and provide the best services possible.

Wayne is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the maintenance department. He maintains the physical upkeep of all buildings by assigning staff to complete work orders or hiring contractors to accomplish work as needed by the college. He also evaluates options for improvement, recommends solutions and works to improve campus facilities. He oversees the security and reproduction of keys, locks and electronic locking systems. Last, he coordinates all shipping and receiving for the entire campus.
Wayne supervises all academic and general facilities custodians .

Scott has two main responsibilities. First, Scott is responsible for issuing word orders, monitoring outstanding work orders and retrieving completed work orders. He coordinates a staff of carpenters, painters, a brick mason and other zone maintenance staff used to fulfill work orders.
Second, Scott also supervises all projects on campus. He examines materials and cost effectiveness of projects before they are submitted to the board. Once projects are approved, he coordinates staff and materials, so projects are completed in a timely manner.
Scott also supervises all resident hall custodians.

Ed is responsible for coordinating custodial and general services on campus. He provides leadership for the grounds crew, which insures coordination of staff, efficiency and safe operations.
Latricia provides clerical support to the Administrators of Facilities Management and the Centre community. She serves as the initial contact in the office and logs word orders into the internal system. Each month she produces an expenditure report and must account for any discrepancies.
