Work
Order Submission
For organizational purposes work orders are
submitted through an online database and cannot be taken over
the phone. Each person on campus has a contact who can submit
the work order for them. To find out how to initiate the work
order process, please find the appropriate directions below.

Emergency:
If
this is an emergency work order, please call the Department
of Public Safety at 236-HELP (4357.) If it is a true emergency
situation, they will contact the appropriate staff member
to fulfill your work order in a timely manner. Remember,
this is for emergencies only.

Faculty
/ Staff:
If
you are a faculty or staff member and you need to file a work
order, please contact your department's secretary. They will
process your work order and submit it to the Facilities Management
Department for timely completion. |
Students:
If
you are a student and you need to submit a work order, please
contact your respective Residential Advisor (RA,) Residential
Director (RD) or Fraternity/Sorority Manager. They will process
your work order and submit it to the Facilities Management Department
for timely completion. |
