As you begin to work synthesis problems, you may find it handy to have a reaction notebook summarizing the reactions you've learned so far in class. Your textbook has nice lists of reactions at the end of each chapter. This other notebook will have all of the same reactions, but it will be organized based on the *products* instead of the starting materials.
