Course Description: Students in this course will examine media representations of teachers and schools including television and film. We will read excerpts from a variety of texts (including fiction, nonfiction and journal articles) as well as view and analyze visual depictions of schoolteachers and students in schools.

Select Academic Search Premier
Select Advanced Search (Tabs at the top of the page)
Type author's last name in the first block in Find; Select Author from the pull down menu in the next Select a Field block
Type title or journal name in the third block; Select appropriate field from pull down menu
Article will be displayed.
Another option:
From the library web page, select E-Journals (or Wilson Omnifile)
Type in the journal name
Then when the journal archive come up, select the appropriate year & volume
