Hey there everyone!!

Don’t forget that we’ve got Twilight Bowling tomorrow at the Danville Bowl-a-Rama from 9:30-11:30 PM!  Talk it up amongst your friends.. and people you don’t know at all, for that matter.  2 free games (includes shoes)!

We planned March, and here’s how it’s going to go:

            Sign-ups for the Spring Break raffle – March 10^th

                        -Christina K. is the chair

            Saint Paddy’s Day Talent Show – March 17^th

                        -Nikki is the chair

            Potential for lazer tag – March 18^th/20^th

Then we broke into our Carnival committees

Bands – We’re thinking about asking Pres. Roush to play again, like he did last year.  We’re also getting out flyers this week asking bands to contact us (me, Sarah Samuel, Nikki Smith, or Ines Kevric) by March 16^th  if they want to play.  Only bands that sign up with us will be allowed to play.  The sets are going to be at least 30 min with 15 min for set changes.  We also asked for facilities management to clear Cowan patio for us on Carnival day.

Booths – there are 2 organizations so far that have signed up for booths.  They expect they’ll need about 15 tables.  The deadline to sign up for a booth is March 16^th. 

Prize/PR/Tshirt – Mary Catherine would like everyone to email her with prize ideas that you find on the webternet (or ones that you think up yourself).  Hillary is working on the tshirts.
