The minutes!!

Don’t forget the Ron Jones Quartet is coming on March 28^th at 8 PM in the Warehouse! Talk about it all during Spring Break, so that everyone’s pumped to go hear some jazz when we get back.

Carnival is soon! Don’t forget! We’ve got a band, so you should get tickets! Also, tell all your friends that tickets are on sale exclusively for students this week only!

Here’s the timeline for Carnival Day:

            2:00 PM: set up booths and inflatables

            4-7:30 PM: CARNIVAL!

                        Booths, inflatables, and bands.

            7:30-8:30 PM: take down tables and chairs, so you’ll miss some of the opening band, it’s

ok, we only paid $250 for them.

            8-11:30 PM: TMBG!!!!!!

            11:30 PM: help set up some tables for Admissions day (Saturday), part of the contract for

using the Norton Center, and really… after everything else you’ve done that day,

putting up a table is old news.

So in the meantime:

1) Talk people into having booths (contact Christina K.)

2) Talk bands into playing (contact Ines, Nikki, Sarah Samuel, or me)

3) Talk up Carnival and everything that is good

Lastly, here’s the PR timeline:

            2 weeks to Carnival

                        Monday – labeling chapstick

                        Tuesday – putting said chapstick into mailboxes

                        Wednesday – eating said chapstick… oh.. wait.. maybe not

                        *Flyers, the Fence sign, and a Cowan sign go up this week

            1 week to Carnival

                        New Cowan sign goes up

- Remember that word of mouth is the best PR ever!

Lastly, lastly, SAC has a booth! We’re selling t-shirts and giving away left-over coozies.
