Concentration: major in Biology with a minor in Studio Art
Job in SMART: hall program regular
Activities: Big Brothers Big Sisters, Pre-vet Society, Rho Gamma
Interests: I love reading, drawing, running/swimming, hanging out with friends, and anything that has to do with helping out with animals.
Bio: My hometown is Barboursville, West Virginia, where i live with my fairly large family (2 younger sisters, an older brother, 3 cats, and 2 dogs) in a log cabin in the middle of nowhere. I'm a veteran private school student and swimmer. Currently I'm focused on surving centre and making awesome memories!
Reason for Being in SMART: I was mainly interested in smart because alcoholism runs in my family and I wanted to be better informed about alcohol so as to prevent my siblings from this horrible addiction. However, in the end the event that pushed me to join was when someone very dear to me ended up in the hospital due to poor descisions while intoxicated. After this occurred I decided it was important for me to become as informed as I could be about alcohol so that I could share this information with my loved ones about how to drink responsibly so that no one else would be affected negatively by alcohol.
